I may not be one for the high-waisted bikini situation, but the athletic dress trend is one that I can get on board with! Obsessed. In the photos I’m wearing this athletic dress, and I seriously need three in every color.

I actually shared this dress an Instagram Reel a few weeks back. When I first tried it on I was truly surprised by how much I LOVED it! The fabric is sturdy but still sooo stretchy, which came in handy when I realized you have to step into the dress and pull the straps up over your shoulder ;). It has a built in sports bra with adjustable straps AND built in shorts, which make it the best fashion inventions in my book! One-piece wonder.

Speaking of new inventions, I have to give my friends at ah-dorned a shout out for designing this neoprene tote! Neoprene, you guys. AKA wetsuit material. AKA indestructible. AKA if you are a mom you need this! It’s a super genius idea for a bag because it stretches- so if you accidentally overstuff it (that’s me on any given Tuesday!), it will never lose it’s shape. It comes with the cutest matching wristlet clutch that can be attached on the inside too! Best part? This bag is light as a feather! 🙂 My exact tote is the white + silver star stripe and I love it! Their are plenty of other other colors and patterns available.

Anyway, spring is definitely my favorite time to shop for new athletic clothes! This is the time of year when I actually WANT to be active and spend time outside (unlike January in TX lol!). I’ve linked some new activewear pieces for spring below!
