I wanted to take today and chat about vitamins. Prenatal Vitamins- and no, you didn’t miss a pregnancy announcement! 😉 I’m not pregnant BUT we definitely want to have more kids down the road so a prenatal is something I take every evening for bed. I’m sure you’ve already heard this, but your future baby’s health is directly affected by your health today. The more work you do to nourish it today, the better off you’ll be down the road.
So this is why I take a prenatal every night- and why you should too if you plan to grow your family one day!
Okay, so the prenatal I’ve been taking is Beli for Women and it’s pretty incredible you guys! First off, I love the fact that it does NOT make me nauseous like every other prenatal I’ve tried!! It’s super gentle and that right there is a huge WIN coming from the girl who threw up 7 days a week while pregnant. Like I said, I’m not pregnant but this is important to me because if a prenatal makes me nauseous now I know that there is ZERO chance I will take it when I’m pregnant.
While the no nausea thing is a reason in itself for me to take this, there are quite a few more reasons that this brand stands out from the rest.
Beli for Women is specially formulated with critical nutrients that support each of the five stages of pregnancy from preconception, through three trimesters, and postnatal.
Here’s how:
- Beli for Women is the only prenatal that has the recommended levels of choline, vitamin d (most have only 1000-2000IU of vitamin D while research very strongly points to needing 4000IU a day) folate and iodine.
- Beli does not contain any fillers, additives or colorants. In addition, you will never find anything oxide in our vitamins, like magnesium oxide or titanium oxide that are often hidden in vitamins but can actually be toxic. Beli’s multi vitamin for women is vegan, gluten and allergen free, non-GMO, made in the US and packed with high-quality ingredients.
- It contains the RIGHT forms of the key vitamins like Methylated folate for egg quality and protecting baby’s neural tube development, 400mg of choline for brain support, B12 for energy.
- Beli is entirely aligned with nutritional science research, which is why it can help improve egg quality, promote hormonal balance, and boost overall fertility healthy—including in women with PCOS.
- This is the only prenatal formula available today that meets the most recent nutrient levels recommended by the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics for choline, folate, vitamin D, magnesium and iodine.
- They even have a mens prenatal, which contains CoQ10, Zinc, Shilajit and Folate- all of which has been clinically proven to; increase sperm counts, improve mobility and morphology and reduce risk of DNA fragmentation. Together, Beli for Men and Women covers 100% of the pregnancy equation.
- One more time for the people in the back: NO NAUSEA!! The no-nausea blend helps relieve symptoms of morning sickness, meets the increased nutrient needs in the second trimester to support your growing baby and prevent against nutrient depletion for mom, supports your baby’s immune development, and replenishes nutrient stores after delivery.
Phew that was a lot!
I do have a discount code but let’s talk about subscriptions for one minute because they can get a bad rap. While I personally am not a fan of subscriptions for leggings or anything like that, I have almost 20 items set up on auto-delivery on my amazon account (things like vitamins, supplements, diapers, paper towels, etc) and I’ve found it super helpful to not have to think about ordering more / running low on things I know we need! Vitamins are a priority and if it shows up at my door – I know I will take it.
You can get 15% off your first order of Beli vitamins with my discount code STOUT15. Your prenatals will get delivered right to your door and it will be your monthly reminder to prioritize your health! 🙂
