A little over two years ago I tried my first TULA skincare product and I have been a loyal consumer and fan ever since. Since that time I have tried almost every TULA product. While I love all of them, I want to share with you my TOP favorite products. These are the items that I routinely use, as they have truly balanced my skin.

But first, let me give you a little background to the story…

Unless you live under a social media rock, I am sure that you have heard TULA. But just in-case you’ve found yourself under said rock, I will quickly fill you in: Tula is a skincare line that uses probiotics as the foundation of all of their products. As you know, probiotics are that good-for-your gut bacteria that live in foods like greek yogurt and kombucha, the stuff everyone is always telling you to eat! And thus, TULA the probiotic skincare brand was created.

I kept hearing about TULA, and then I would hear more about TULA.. so a couple of weeks after Andrew and I got married, I finally ordered a few TULA products that I had been dying to try. I guess I decided to live out my new found independence that I thought marriage brought ;). If only I knew a baby was around the corner (Lol! Peace-out independence!). I digress…

The first week I used it I had people compliment my skin without makeup. Sooo that’s crazy right?! Especially considering that had not happened to me since I was in the third grade so I know something was working. (I think that was because of their illuminating serum, which instantly gives your skin the healthiest shot of glow.) I truly did LOVE their products from the first time I tried them and I had results that were immediate but also got even better with time.

Often, what causes blemishes and changes to our skin our things that are truly out of our control (hormones, aging, stress, changes in weather, etc.) TULA means “balance”, meaning that it works to keep your skin balanced no matter the situation. Since I have started using Tula, I have noticed that my skin is much less susceptible to reacting to such external factors and has generally improved my skin as a whole.

Needless to say, I have not veered far from TULA. While I do like to incorporate a few other skincare products and brands into my routine, Tula is my home base. These products are what allow my skin to feel its best. Tula keeps my skin balanced, and I love them for it.

SO NOW, the reason that we are here! Here are my absolute favorites from TULA. While I do love every Tula product I’ve tried, these are the staple items that I routinely use and need to have in my bathroom cabinet AT ALL TIMES.

Purifying Cleanser.

This is the best face wash I ever used! This cleanser works to DEEP clean your skin and pores, without overdrying or giving your skin that “tight and dry” feeling so I am able to use this twice a day. In addition to the probiotics, this face wash contains lactic acid, which is easily one of my favorite ingredients for skincare because it is gentle, yet effective. Lactic acid is used to exfoliate the skin, lighten dark spots, prevent and clear breakouts, and improve the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Glycolic Acid Toner.

First of all, I can not move on with my day if I do not use a toner! I. Love. Toners. I love the “cool and fresh” feeling that it leaves my skin with. However, some toners can dry-out my skin because they contain alcohol. This toner is wonderful because it is alcohol-free, and works to gently resurface the skin with glycolic acid. f lactic acid is my favorite skincare ingredient, glycolic acid is my runner-up!

Illuminating Face Serum.

This is the product that made me fall in love with Tula because there is truly nothing else like it! I use this serum every morning after I tone (with or without makeup!) and it keeps my skin looking hydrated and glowy all day (without making me oily!). Over a few weeks, this face serum works to even skin tone by reducing the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation. You will love it, just trust me!

Acne + Tone Correcting Gel Serum.

I rotate a few different serums at night but this is the one that I use the most because it is truly an all-in-one serum. I originally started using this because I was having hormonal acne breakouts that would leave behind scars which I thought would never go away! This serum works to clear up acne, prevent breakouts and brighten marks left by past acne with Azelaic Acid! What makes this serum different than most is that it will clear your skin without irritation because of the added probiotics, hyaluronic acid, and willowherb. It works so well for me!

Hydrating Day & Night Cream.

Hands-down my favorite moisturizer of all time. It hydrates and truly nourishes your skin. Once you try it you will crave this stuff because it will leave your skin feeling better than anything else! In the warmer months (right now) this is what I use as my nighttime moisturizer. Come winter when my skin can get so dry, so I will use this day + night to keep my skin hydrated!

AQUA INFUSION OIL-FREE GEL CREAM.

This is my daytime moisturizer! I mentioned it in stories the other day how I love to mix it with my tanning drops. This gel-like moisturizer is wonderful during the day because it is oil-free and holds up well in the humidity. It feels “weightless” when you apply it, making it the perfect base for makeup application.

Brightening Eye Balm.

I started using this product a couple of months ago and I can not stop. When I am tired my eyes show it most. Even if I don’t “feel tired”, my eyes will give it away if I haven’t had enough rest. If you can relate to this, I have your solution!! This eye balm does so many things but I personally think it is AH-MAZING for dark circles and puffy eyes in the morning. It contains caffeine to help “de-puff” the area. On application, it will feel “cool” under your eye area and you will literally feel it working within minutes. Throughout the day it will keep your dark circles bright and non-existent :). I wear this with or without makeup. When I wear it with makeup, I have noticed that it makes my concealer apply smoother and stay on longer throughout the day.
