This is 27!

I refuse to ever get to the age where I “dread” birthdays. No, no, this is a privilege. Living is a privilege! So today I’m praising the Lord for another year and the hope that comes with it.

To be honest, I can’t believe I just wrote that.

Last year, I NEVER would have said that. A year ago if I heard someone say something along those lines I would smile politely and think to myself, “HA! How naive! She just doesn’t know anything about life yet.” (I CLEARLY wasn’t in the best mental place lol) but I tell you this for a reason.

So much can change in a year! We can change so much in a year. It takes work and effort, but it’s so worth it! This year I choose to believe the truth that God is always good. I believe this because He said this, and it’s that simple!

I can’t wait to see what 27 has in store! This essential oil that’s diffusing next to me might be going to be my head, but I feel like it might be the best year ever?!
